NO HOMEWORK!!

I made the pictures of the living room bigger and I made a light and dark version.

I have my ai generated enhanced image of my rendering. I think it looks pretty nice.

Its not the final product, but I made a blender render with my 3d model, becuase 3d printing it would take too long. I plan on enhancing the image with ai.

I shortened the tenons about an inch because they were unecesarily long. Other than that there is nothing else to do but print.

I made the model fully ready to 3d print by splitting some of the bodies into seperate peices so that they can be later assembled.

No homework because im waiting to get back to 3d print out my pieces, everything on my computer is done.

I made a hole in the leg for the cable to run through and I also started the process of printing out the diamond shape.

I removed the old design, no more tunnel because that overcomplicates things, screw in the blub and the cable comes through the bottom.

We fixed the diamond shape and now are redoing the tunnel to feed the cable through

The project didn’t save so I redid what I did in class and I tried to make it look a bit better and less rough. The part is necessary for the cable and the other parts on it to fit correct onto the light, I’m not really sure what else I could do to clean it up.

I still need to but In class i tried to fix the hole in which the cable would go through because it looks a little funky

I fixed up my model and I made some parts to hold the ring in place that would be holding the diamond in place. I just need to 3d print now.

I made a screw hole to support the ring holding the diamond in place, but i figured out that I could just epoxy it to the legs so Im going to do that instead becuase it would look better.

I made the hole in the back where the cable would go through, it was the only way i could make it so it was large enough for all of the components of the light bulb to fit through.

In class I again was working on the hole in which the cable would go through and im having trouble figuring out what to do. I made a hole but i dont know how ill be able to fit the cable through, along with all the other stuff into the thread.

For some reason it didn’t save correctly and I lost my progress from a few days. I redid a little of what I remember I did.

Im revising the model, i made some holes and adjustments to the legs so that a cable would be fitted

I painted the lamp to make it the color i wanted it to be and I also added some feet to the legs so they are more stable.

I made a hinge for the X shape and a ring to hold the lamp’s structure in place

I finished making the shape of the light, I’m planning on having that semi transparent material covering the open parts. The light fits in it perfectly and i want to run the cable through on of the legs.

We made a model of the light bulb that we were going to use and I figured out how to get the diamond shape, I cut out some triangle shaped holes where the light would escape from.

I created a rough concept of what I wanted to make. I dont yet understand how i can rotate the diamond shape and make it 3d. and I need to make a ring around it too.

I made the sketch for my lamp and i gotta remake it to scale to then put into fusion

I finished making the arms and I think I’m done with the phone stand.

I finsished one of the arms and made the end of it but I realized that the corner was a little too small and that I should make it larger.

I finished designing the rest of the arms and I also have to make the corners which the phone will rest on.

I created the body and two arms, I gotta look for a spring that is small enough to fit in the arms but strong enough so it doesn’t break and so it has enough force. I also gotta create the screw holes to secure the base to the rotating part and to secure the structure overall. I also gotta re make the hinge which shouldn’t take long.

I worked more on the stetch so I could design the holes inside of the base that would hold the rods that would support the phone but I need to think about how I would make the gap.

I started to work on the base and I was revising it

I started to work on the arm but I figured out that I need to work on the base and make the angle a little steeper.

I spent some time figuring out the mechanism to make the arms retract to hold the phone securely and I think that using a spring would most likely be the best option

I worked on finishing the rotating segment and then started the base in which the extending arms would be placed but I’m having trouble figuring out how to make the arms tighten themselves.

I worked on the rotation part of the design and came up with a solution to the problem i had. I also started to redo my design to make it larger.

I began to 3d model my sketch in fusion and was faced with some challenges in making the hinge and the rotating part.

I i chose one design and made more detailed sketches of what I wanted to do.

I sketched out some concepts for the phone stand.

I finished designing my phone on fusion and we added color to each part

I began to work on the 3d Phone model.

We made orthographic sketches of our phones for our phone holder project.
