4/1 classwork – Here is what I have, I think I am one or two steps behind
4/3 homework – I have no idea what went wrong, but I need help
4/4 class work – was not able to make any developments as we were learning the basics of wood laser cutting. Will get back up to speed for homework.
4/4 homework – I caught up for the most part with our project – made the lower arm as well as the circle
4/5 – classwork – We (me and you) worked on getting all of my designs onto one page where we can join them, and then I eventually joined them together to make the lamp
4/5 homework – I worked on getting that horizontal bar for the lower leg, but I ran into trouble about 3/4 of the way through and I cant seem to center the piece so after about 10 minutes of trying to fix it, I gave up
4/8 class work – we tried to fix it but my holes were slightly too far so now we have another issue – i also downloaded the 4 pieces from the other website so I am ready to do that
4/8 homework – i met with you during consult because I had a ton of minor mistakes that were throwing off my whole project and we worked on the holes of the lower arm
4/11 classwork – I worked a lot on the lower arm because the dimensions weren’t correct in a few spots and I also worked on joining the centers of the discs and my upper arm
4/11 homework – for homework I made the base. I also worked on joining my lower leg to the main structure but its not working very well.
4/12 classwork – I made the base plate and the base verticals, but I havent yet connected them because we are still fixing my lower leg
4/12 homework – I joined all the pieces together that i had been correcting, and then we worked together on the base – all that is left is the lower leg horizontal
4/15 classwork – worked on the lower leg horizontal – almost complete with whole project
4/18 classwork – in class today I drew the model and measured everything for my iphone 11 – photos pending – they are not uploading curretnly
4/18 homework – i got to this point and then ran into trouble with extruding – will need help in class
4/19 class – today I worked on the back and made the curves in the phone – had a lot of trouble with dimensions so I didnt get as far as I wanted to
4/19 homework – I finished everything about the camera and front face and added the on/off button. Now I just need to add the volume buttons and charger port
4/22 classwork – I’m about 95% done – I have everything done except for one volume button, the ringer, the front camera, and then I just have to extrude the back camera.
homework for 4/26 – i made 4 different designs with the right side and front of each one
4/26 classwork – I had a lot of trouble with this design so I was not able to get very far, but I will finish it for homework
4/26 homework – completed my design but then unextruded it so i can add more to the base but it did the degrees glitch again and i didnt know how to fix it, but i still spent around 40 minutes on it
4/29 – i finshed the design and tested to see if my phone fits and it does – all i gotta do now is make a charging port in the stand
5/3 classwork – i did the requred holes for the wires, but you and i had a lot of trouble with the lower horizontal in the beginning becuase there was a problem with it that appearntly a few people have experinced
homework for 5/10 – i drew the 4 lamp designs (underside only) becuase I am not sure whether we were supposed to do the full shape or not
5/10 classwork – today i finished making the bulb a 3d model and then i also began working on the view from the bottom of the lamp (chnaged it from a circle in my blueprint to a sqaure becuase i want to make the lamp a pyramid)
for 4/13 – I fully completed the lamp blueprint
5/14 classwork, homework – to be honest, i looked at this for five minutes last night and had no idea what to do, so I didn’t do anything. In class, i came late because of a doctors appointment, and then you and I looked at the shade together and didn’t know what to do so you said you would log on to my account and take a look at it yourself.
