Spring 2026, Periods D, E, schedule

Art/Religion & Philosopy 1:30 – 3:00pm

I rendered the big ben lamp in Chatgpt and worked with the lighting and the positioning.

I started messing around with Chatgpt and rendering my model in fusion.

I modeled more of the spire and began creating the very tip of the spire.

I began trying ideas in the Chatgpt image generator, and decided to revise my model a bit more.

I extruded and modeled the big ben, then put the old lamp design inside big ben.

I decided to take a new route and began to model my new lamp design, which will incorporate my old lamp design. My new lamp design is based off of Big Ben.

I tried to make my design more “interesting” by adding a pendulum for the lamp to swing on, I will probably add more.

I downloaded files and began preparing to 3d print my design (no picture).

I re-filleted a corner and added different texture and colour to the lamp.

I deleted a part which was causing trouble and put the base of the lamp into a seperate component.

I added more fillet curves and also made the hole in the base that the cord will go through.

I added curves to the handle on top and properly attached the base to the rest of the design.

I added curves to the lamp using the fillet command and added a handle on top.

I worked on the handle and the top part of the lamp today.

I added the base to the lamp and used the joint command to put the light bulb inside of the lamp.

I extruded the sketch and added significant details, and began to model my actual lamp design (no picture).

I started the profile sketch for my lamp design.

I added some details to the lamp and made some adjustments to the bulb.

I remade the handle part and used the fillet command to make it look smoother.

I made the back part of the phone holder and attached it using the joint command so it can swing.

I created the main base of the phone holder and smoothed out some of the curves using the fillet command.

I worked more on the phone holder, and added a few dimensions.

I drew a rough diagram on what my phone holder stand design might look like (no picture).

In class, I brainstormed ideas on several different designs for my phone holder stand.

I started planning my phone holder stand design (no picture).

I finished my phone design, and fixed a problem along the way.

I started working on the back camera, but it is confusing me a little.

I added curves and all the buttons to the phone.

I started the design on fusion using my phone as a reference and my sketch.

I started the sketch for my phone.
