  1. Create New Sketch
  2. Select XY plane
  3. Place first corner on point of origin
    • Length = 1000
    • Width = 650
  4. Type E for extrude
    • Height = 150

  1. Create New Sketch
  2. Select top of box
  3. Draw three rectangles
  4. Type D for dimension
    • 650 mm x 150
    • 400 mm x 400
    • 450 mm x 120
  1. Type C for circle
  2. Find middle of right edge of box
  3. Draw 15 cm circle
  4. Type D for dimension
  5. Dimension center of circle 20 cm from edge
  6. Type R for rectangle
  7. Draw 15 cm x 20 cm rectangle
    • Tangent to the middle of circle
    • Even with edge of box
  8. Type T for trim
  9. Trim away right half of circle and center line
  10. Finish Sketch

  1. Type E for extrude
  2. Extrude first rectangle 650 mm – 150 mm
    • Operation = join
  3. Make sketch2 visible in browser
  4. Type E for extrude
  5. Extrude second and third box 300 mm
  1. Edit sketch2
  2. Draw a 200 mm construction line to establish center of the circle
  3. Draw 150 mm diameter circle
  4. Draw lines
  5. Use tangent constraint
  6. Trim half of the circle
  7. Finish sketch
  1. Type E for extrude
    • Operation: Cut
  2. Extent Type: To Object
  3. Select bottom of part

  1. Create sketch on the face
  2. Project Body info onto the blank sketch plane
  3. Project Specified entities onto the sketch plane
  4. Create 240 mm diameter circle on the midpoint of the top edge
  5. Finish sketch
  6. Extrude circle
    • Operation: Cut
    • Distance: To Object

  1. Fillet edge 300 mm
  1. Start new Sketch
  2. Project Specified entities
  3. Draw diagonal line
  4. Finish sketch
  5. Extrude
    • Operation: Cut
    • Extent Type: To Object
  1. Type A for appearance
  2. Experiment with different finishes and colors
