5/20/22, Today, I FINISHED all of my assignments that are due during finals week with the completion of both my lamp model and my LED Lamp construction. This means that I will not be screenshotting homework or classwork assignments. Tech design was a very interesting class that I enjoyed very much and I will definitely look into taking similar classes in the coming years.
Classwork 5/20/22, Today, I completed my Lamp Model! I finished my lamp shade by creating the shade and attaching it to the base using 4 separate rectangles and a circle. I also added a wire with a plug coming out of the bottom of the lamp. This means that I have completed all of my assignments for tech design. Homework due 5/20/22, Tonight, I redesigned and completed my finial. Next, I need to create a new lamp shade that is attached to the base of my light bulb. Classwork 4/17/22, Today, I completed my harp. However, I noticed a flaw in my finial so I will need to redo that and also extrude my lamp shade. Homework due 5/17/22, Tonight, I created my finial to be attached to the top of my harp. Next, I will revolve my lamp shade and my harp. Classwork 5/14/22, Today, I completed my LED Lamp! I added the wires, welded them together and attaches the base plates to the actual base. Finally, I used a chord to give the lamp power. With my finished LED Lamp, I will continue to finish my Lamp shade design model that is due as our last project. Homework 5/13/22, Tonight, I continued to work on my sketches for the lamp shade and the harp. Next, I will revolve the sketches and finish my lamp. Classwork 5/13/22, Today, I almost completed my LED Lamp construction. The only thing I have left is adding the wires, securing the base, and submitting the construction. Homework Due 4/13/22, Tonight, I finished my base and began to work on my actual lamp shade. Next, I will begin to make the harp and start inputting colors onto my lamp model. Homework due 4/13/22, Tonight, I started to model my lamp. I plan on making a vase for the base and also including a lamp shade with a harp. Classwork 5/10/22, Today, I continued to work on my LED Lamp model creation and assembly. I finished printing my parts, glued the horizontals with the arms and glued the base verticals to the base plate. I will continue by assembling and connecting all of the pieces. HW Due 5/10/22, Tonight, I sketched the design for my lamp project. Next, I will pick a sketch from the 6 I made and start modeling it. Classwork 4/6/22, Today, I began my lamp design. Next, I will continue to improve my lamp and finish the model.
Classwork 4/29/22 0 in the grade book, I continued to work on my LED Lamp construction and I stayed after class to complete the gluing. I did not have time to post a picture as I had to get to my next class.
Homework due 4/29/22, Tonight, I completed the phone holder and expanded my base. This was so that I can make a airpods holder on the phone stand. Next, I will create the airpods holder and attach the phone holder to the stand. Classwork 4/26/22, Today, I was able to decide on the model of my phone stand, sketch it out, and begin to complete the fusion project for it. So far, I have completed the base, shaft piece, and shaft holder. Next, I will be completing the actual phone stand, attaching it to the top, and adding more detail to my project. Homework 4/25/22, Tonight, I designed 6 sketches of a phone stand. Next, I will pick a sketch and begin to model it. Classwork 4/22/22, Today, I completed my model of my phone. Classwork 4/12/22, Today, I completed the base verticals and base plate. I also started the assembly of the whole lamp. Next, I will add the base and complete the assembly. Homework due 4/12/22, Tonight, I began my sketches for the base plate and the base vertical. Next, I will be working on finishing the sketches and printing and assembling my lamp. Classwork 4/11/22, Today I completed the model for the base including the bottom plate, main base, and base plate. Next, I will be attaching all of the pieces into the LED Lamp drawing and printing everything out. Homework due 4/10/22, for homework I completed the lower arm horizontal cutouts for squares and circles. Next, I will be attaching the pieces that I downloaded and adding the base. Classwork 4/8/22, Today I completed my lower arm horizontal and also downloaded the pieces necessary to fully complete the project. Homework Due 4/6/22, I connected the upper and lower arm sides. I also attempted to create a lower arm horizontal, but I encountered an issue. Next, I will be fixing the horizontal piece and continuing to print out the pieces. Classwork 4/5/22 Today I printed out my lower arm sides, upper arm sides, and upper arm horizontal. I also inserted the magnets into my upper arm. Next, I will be creating my lower arm horizontal. Homework Due 4/5/22, These are my small and large metal discs. I also extruded my lower arm and made a copy of the lower arm. Next, I will use the joint command to put the pieces into place.Homework Due 4/4/22, Here is my completed sketch of the lower arm.
